Description

Image prominently shows the water tower under construction in middle ground. At least two people are visible on the tower and additional tower parts are visible on the ground. A tent is in foreground who’s function is undetermined. The wood door holds a sign proclaiming “Beans, Rice, Hominy, Salt, Peas, and R-Oats”. Above the door is an “OFFICE” sign. A window space next to the door, and an outside shelf suggest items may have been dispensed here. A slotted box below the shelf had an unknown function.
