Image shows the southeast view of the community Powerhouse, exterior construction partially complete but there is evidence of operation such as soot on the exterior wall around the vent near the roof peak and the base of the end wall smokestack partly partially visible at extreme right. Construction material is visible in foreground. The steam whistle is apparent atop the cupola on the roof. A power pole and numerous distribution lines at left connect the powerhouse to other buildings of the Community Center.
