Image shows a summer view of Palmer’s gravel street in foreground and numerous buildings in foreground and middle ground. Several buildings exhibit business signs. Valley City Café is prominent. A car is prominent in foreground and another car is parked in middle ground near a gas pump and barrels in front of Koslosky’s store. Two men are evident. Bunting and flags decorate the front of one building with a bunting ribbon stretched above the street.
